i decided to compile this report to a 2 week report because there not much to say if i write it weekly. this week i expected my college supervisor would come to my office for an evaluation. i ask Mdm Zahara via facebook and she said its up to my supervisor(Mr Azrul) to come and see us at KK. as far as i know there is few student who doing practikal in KK. so he is the one who in charge in all of us..then somewhere around 14-16 Mr. Azrul call me that he could not come to KK..so he ask me several question about the internship and how was the internship going on. later he call my supervisor for a full report on my duties, attitude and much more. i also has passed up my Industrial Supervisor Evaluation and i have received it back on the 24th. during my internship i also involved in their sports program such as friendly football match against SAFMA, badminton training and futsal training. next week my supervisor will take another week break for Christmas and new year holiday. i will in charge the IT department again next week. he had gave me a letter for the General Manager to sign. during these two week also i had learn a lot of Visual Basic for my Final year project. i have a lot of discussion with my supervisor as he an IT student before. he had taught me a lot and make me understand more about my project. he help me to project my idea and produce it..so a gratitude thanks for him.

this week my supervisor a.k.a boss are returning from his break. as usual i reported to him on what had happen in the office for the past weeks. some problem which i could not solve i ask for a guidance..there nothing much in this week as im doing my work as usual as the other weeks.

for this time i would like to compile my report for the past two week..as i mention in my previous post..this two week are the week which i have to stand alone without my supervisor..first problem that i encounter is the resit printer problem..the machine could not start and the alignment of the printing are off the grid..it takes me an hour to fix it..the other problem is most of the computer in the company which is slow start up and opening an application. this is because, most of the company computer are using old computer and old OS. so to cope with the other application which using a lot of memory and graphic it become slow down. the major problem is that the company doesnt provide any antivirus for all the computer and just depending on the free antivirus. so the system can easily be affected by the virus. so when the computer are affected i have to scan but mostly i have to reformat the computer again. these two week also im the one who in charge in the panel form. i have meet 3 person which asking about the panel and tender. some of the IT department  also i have to take charge and make an important decision for the company. so here i can build up my confident on my decision making and build my communication skill among the staff and client. the last but not least, i have been appointed by the company to attend the entrepreneur program by MITI in Promenade hotel. that program had taught me a lot to become a successful entrepreneur in the future.. a lot of agency came to share their experiences and tips so that the bumiputera also can be successful as others. so that all my reports for the  weeks..

this week is the last week before my boss take his holiday break. so i take this opportunity to learn many thing so when he not around i could solve the problem myself. i learn how to reset the wireless modem, the accounting server and a lot of stuff..ive been given the copy of the panel database so that i can key in the data from my home..he has given me a lot of form to key in..but the most difficult task is the company profile which doest have the form..which means it has submitted only the company profile..so i have to go through the company profile to make sure all the information are true.

as two week has past by, my work and responssibility are building up..this week as usual im waiting for a pc problem and a new panel submission form to key into the system database..while in my free time, i spend most of my time reading photography article and not to forget my final year project..in the meantime, i was desingning the system layout and also the system flow for both of my project which is final year project and also the system for "Project department"..

last saturday i was shock because i didn't know that pupil who taking internship program have to create a blog..my friend told me to create a blog because our lecture will evaluate us on the blog..so here i am with my new blog..i have my own blog before and i couldn't find it..i guess it might be lost already..so it better late rather then i never..so as i'm a bit late compare to my other friends who taking this subject so i will explain briefly the past 2 weeks that i've been through during my internship training..so my first day is on the 1st november 2010..i was accepted in SEDCOVEST Sdn Bhd. It is a company under SEDCO which is also consider a state government company. but in my company it only emphasize on the bumiputera business start up, business placement,business development and many more about business for the bumi's. i was placed under the information technology department. the head of department is Cannisius Ebin Goh. for the first day i have been introduce to all the staff member and brief by the Genaral manager about the ethics and so on. then my manager has gave me a list of job that i must accomplish between the internship period. 1st it want me to gather all the computer information in this company(everybody pc), then develope a website with transaction system, study how the ERP works(because i will be in the meeting to debate with the vendor that was elected to develope the company system) and lastly study all the company transaction and convert all transaction into a system..as for the whole 1st week i was expose with the technology that been used here.it is including the networking,system and the company transaction system..i was taught to solve a minor problem in all those things.

2nd week i'm in the office i had already get used to the environment and i'm getting friendly with all the staff. i have a big problem i have to solve this week as i have to monitor the computer problem for the manager of property department. i have to see the problem and will consult with my manager on the next action. because sometime it only a minor problem. on the 12, i've been outsation to Bundu Tuhan. we have to see the site and the condition of the premises..on the way back we stop at Tamparuli which we have another premise that we develope in that district. so that all the the experience during my first 2 weeks of internship.
